Liz Bettridge is the Director of Benefits Strategy at Royal Benefits, bringing nearly 10 years of experience helping employers develop benefits strategies that support both their workforce and their business objectives. She specializes in benefits consulting, cost-containment strategies, alternative funding arrangements, and long-term benefits planning.

Liz works closely with business owners and leadership teams to create sustainable, competitive benefits programs that attract and retain employees while
managing costs effectively. Outside of work, she enjoys running, fitness, spending time with her husband, and mentoring youth through her church community.

Megan believes strong relationships, proactive support, and clear communication arethe foundation of a successful benefits program. Licensed in 31 states, he works with employees to help them understand their benefits options and make informed coverage decisions for themselves and their families.

Keith is passionate about providing personalized guidance and helping employees feel confident in their benefits choices. He has been recognized as "Benefits Counselor of the Year" by a leading carrier each year since 2021. Outside of work, Keith enjoys hiking and exploring new areas throughout Colorado.
